Hi. I need help with these 3 cases study aout employment law for my MBA.please.. there are THREE cases.. last time I posted the person only answered one..I need it for tonight around 11pm.I need times new roman 12′ and double space :)Also, I need an aswer for these 3 questions:1- Is an employer entitled to conduct office searches? 2 – Are whistle-blowers adequately protected? 3 – Is downsizing a form of discriminatory conduct? 4 – What does at-will employment mean? 5 – What does it mean to be dismissed for cause?Thank you!!!
