Values, standards, morality, power relationships, system of punishment and rehabilitation. Is there equity and fairness of the law through due process?Is it designed to ensure an ordered society?Discuss the constitutional amendments: 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th. Are they soley for the protection of the accused or are they supposed to protect all citizens? How?
