IFSM 461: Systems Analysis and Design Precision Electronic Parts, Inc. Setting Precision Electronic Parts (PEP), Inc., is a small private business…

I really need help getting this assignment done. Mostly the ERD.
Assignment
The results of your systems analysis and design work in this class will be documented in a Final System Report.  The purpose of the Report is to inform management of your system proposal and gain approval to proceed with the project.  The Report will be developed and submitted in stages, which will be compiled at the end of class into the Final System Report.  Review the outline of the Final System Report in the Stage 4 Assignment description.  Note that it contains the analysis of the problem(s) and requirements, and proposes what kind of a system solution is needed.  It does not propose a specific solution, but it does recommend why and how the organization should acquire the solution.
Following the Requirements Specification (Stage 2 assignment), the next step is to develop the System Design Specification.  The System Design Specification builds on the Requirements Specification to illustrate how the files/database(s) will be laid out, how the output (forms, reports, and/or screens) and input (forms and/or screens) should be designed.  As you develop this assignment, you should refer to your Stage 2 Requirements Specification (and the feedback you received) and use the inputs and outputs you listed to create the input and output layouts and the file/database design.
All of the information you need to complete the projects in this class is not provided in the case study.  In the discussion area of the classroom, there is a discussion titled “Case Study Interview Questions” where you can pose questions about the case study, as if you were interviewing the people in the case study organization.  Any information that you need that is not included in the case study should be asked about in this discussion.  Responses from the faculty member on behalf of the case study organization will be available for everyone in the class.
Use the case study and the Case Study Interview Questions discussion, along with your Stage 2 Requirements Specification (including the feedback received), and resources below, to create a System Design Specification in the format shown below.  Include your corrected Stage 2 Requirements Specifications as the first part of this assignment.  Approximate lengths for each section of the Systems Design Specification are provided as a guideline; be sure to provide all pertinent information.  The sources of explanatory materials can be found in the Week 5 Content readings.

“Keystone Species, Shrinking Red Knots, and Biomes”
Our focus this week is on ecology. Ecology is the study of interactions among organisms and between organisms and their physical environments. For your primary post, respond to one of the following three topics. Also, reply to at least one fellow student on any topic.
Topic 1 : Keystone Species. Watch the video entitled “Some animals are more equal than others…” (1)* Then completely describe the concept of a keystone species, giving specific examples from the video.
Topic 2 [articles]: Shrinking Red Knots. Read two of the following three articles about shrinking Red Knots (2)*, (3)*, (4)*, or research additional information on your own. Then, address the following issues:

(a) Explain how the lifecycle of the Red Knot depends on hatchlings emerging at the same time as the insects hatch.
(b) What are the long-term ramifications of having a mismatch between the bird hatch and the insect hatch?
(c) Of the two articles you read, which of them do you feel was most informative? Why?

Consolidating Professional PracticeMasters Level (CP3D)Unit Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
1.Consolidate their learning post qualification with a critical understanding and awareness of key concepts of critical thinking, critical analysis, critical reflection and reflexivity and their relationship to practice and supervision
2.Develop a systematic understanding and critical awareness of the application of critical analysis and empirical based evidence in relation to law, policy, practice guidance and research
3.Critically understand and apply the use of evidence and research in relation to professional decision making and the assessment of service users.
4.Critically analyze concepts of strength, resilience, vulnerability, risk and resistance in the protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
5.Critically evaluate their professional development in line with TCSWProfessional Capabilities Framework level descriptor.
Summative Assessment TaskThe summative assessment which will be formally assessed and contribute to the credits awarded for this unit of study, is designed to assess your knowledge and application to practice situations within a defined practice area.Summative Assessment TaskWrite a critical analysis of a case or part of a case that you are currently working on, or have worked on in the last 6 months. Within this critical analysis you should include:Critical analysis of the relevant professional knowledge and evidence base used in assessment and decision making within the case or part of the case;Critical analysis of your application of relevant professional knowledge and evidence base in the case or part of the case, with an evaluation of outcomes and /or effectiveness;Critical analysis of your professional role and practice, and the impact of this on the service users and/or carers in the case or part of the case.

Stewie is making a 2 M plutonium chloride solution in a 100 mL volumetric flask (for no particular reason). The dilution is quite endothermic. He fails to wait for the solution to reach the appropriate temperature before making it up to the mark. How would this effect the concentration of the resultant solution? Explain.

: My choice of Middle-Range Theory for this paper that is appropriate to my Psychiatric nursing practice is Hildegard Peplau?s Interpersonal relations. This theorist has contributed greatly into the psychiatric field and is my choice for this project. I have previously written about her and attached for you which you can use it and should help you with this paper. I also gave you three articles that will help you with this paper. You can add more recent articles with in the last 5 years and appropriately cite them with in the paper. Please follow the instructions bellow and write the paper according to the way it has been broken down to.Thanks.Barker P. 1998. The future of the theory of Interpersonal Relations? New York NY: Springer Publishing CompanyAssignment 2: Nursing Theory Analysis PaperOverview/Description:The purpose of this assignment is to describe evaluate and discuss application of a nursing grand or mid-range theory. This assignment also provides the learner an opportunity to connect theory and research to nursing phenomena. Learners will develop an 8 page paper (excluding the title page and references) using APA style to address the elements listed below.Theory/Author Name and Background1. Select a Grand or Mid-Range Theory that is appropriate to your practice setting.2. Describe the theorists background in detail and discuss how their experiences have impacted the theory development.3. Examine crucial references for the original and/or current work of the theorist and other authors writing about the selected theory.4. Identify the phenomenon of concern or problems addressed by the theory.Theory Description1. Explain whether the theory uses deductive inductive or retroductive reasoning. Provide evidence to support your conclusion.2. Describe the major concepts of the theory. ? How are they defined? (theoretically and/or operationally) Is the author consistent in the use of the concepts and other terms in the theory?3. Interpret how the concepts are defined. ? Implicitly or explicitly?4. Examine the relationships (propositions) among the major concepts.Evaluation1. Identify explicit and implicit assumptions (values/beliefs) underlying the theory. On what assumptions does the theory build?2. Examine if the theory has a description of the four concepts of the nursing metaparadigm. If so how are they explained in the theory? If the metaparadigm is not explained what elements do you see as relevant to the theory and why?3. Discuss the clarity of the theory. ? Did it have lucidness and consistency?Application1. Examine how the theory would guide nursing actions.2. Describe specifically how you can use this theory in your area of nursing (Practice Education Informatics or Administration).
